Workshops
At Holistic Life Therapies, you’ll find a range of empowering classes and workshops to help you heal yourself and others.
All full day workshops are held in my home or in a local hall, depending on class size. If you wish to learn in your own home, this can be arranged for a minimum of 2 people, with an extra charge for travel. If you request 1-1 learning there will be an extra charge.

Introductory EFT Self Help Workshop
EFT is used in a group setting to address many issues. This is a very powerful way to help yourself. We all ‘tap’ together on a variety of common issues and negative thought patterns that keep you unhappy and stuck. Places are limited to eight per workshop. Minimum of two.

Reiki 1
Reiki 1 teaches you to heal yourself. The class consists of four attunements, meditations, healing practice, a manual to keep and full support afterwards. By the end of the day you’ll be able to feel Reiki energy in your hands and give Reiki energy to yourself, your family, friends and pets. Most importantly, Reiki 1 is about healing yourself and is a powerful tool for growth and change.

Reiki 2
Reiki 2 advances you towards becoming a Reiki practitioner. Students will have already trained to Reiki 1 level. You’ll receive an attunement, the Reiki symbols, an empowerment, and a manual to keep. There is also group meditation and healing. You’ll be supported to achieve your goal of practitioner and beyond. Certification requires case studies.
